The Rooms

Each room is furnished with antique furniture of the family, which gave a further elegance with frescoed walls and important windows high 3 meters, without depriving the modern comforts of air conditioning, TV and safe box.
At the 2nd floor, in the medieval part of the building, the oldest, there is "The Little Tower" a very special room of 45 square meters with fireplace and that has a private terrace, which is accessed trough an ancient stone spiral staircase, and that offers a breathtaking view over the valley, the dome of the nearby church of St. Filippo through the bell tower of St. Augustine's conges meeting center to Lake Trasimeno.
The entrance to the house at number 12 entroduce in an elegant corridor that leads to 3 upper floors through the ancient stairs with handrails in sandstone, or give access to small and elegant restaurant where you can taste the delicious dishes of typical local and Tuscan cuisine accompanied by the best national wine labels.
The recent restructuring followed by architects expert in fine arts and historical, has kept intact the architectural features, though functionality and flexibility of use: 2 rooms are connected to each other, allowing, on request, to become a "suite" for 4/5 persons.
